This hotel is located conveniently in the heart of the town which makes it easy to access all the shops and restaurants around. the staff are friendly, and provide great advice on places to visit. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with great facilities like free umbrellas to borrow and apples to snack on. Guests can enjoy a fresh breakfast with many different options to choose from.

There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection that could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is very close to the centre of the city, making it easy to get around. Celebrated the New Year in a great hotel! the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. the breakfast had a lot of options for everyone and the room was very clean. They also had a great shuttle service to take us to the ski slopes.

The wifi was not too strong in our room and the bed was a little too firm for my liking.

Location-wise, the hotel had great access to different stores and restaurants. Another plus point was its proximity to the Austrian border and popular Bavarian architecture spots. Lastly, the hotel offered a wide range of customer service that catered well to tourists and vacationers.

My Christmas stay in this hotel was quite the disappointment. The Wi-Fi was faulty during my trip and failed during my most important online meetings.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully-equipped. The staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was central and convenient. We had a great time and will definitely return.
